Grant Application

Eighty-Seven & Running Community Partner Program provides grant support to
organizations or individuals who serve the underserved community by furnishing
valuable resources, information and peer interactions.

Deadlines:

Grant applications are due by September 30 for the Fall/Winter funding cycle and
February 28 for Spring/Summer funding cycle. Applications must be submitted by
8:00 EST on the deadline date. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday,
applications must be submitted by the following business day. Submit applications
via email to Aaron Eanes at info@aamanagementgroup.com.

Grant applications will be reviewed twice a year by Eighty-Seven & Running Board
of Directors. Board members who are connected to a grant application will be asked
to recuse themselves from the vote.

Requirements and Eligibility:

  • Given to an organization or individual that provides a program or event to
    the underserved community FREE OF CHARGE
  • Event or program must be open to the general public and listed with Eighty-
    Seven & Running
  • Event or program promotion must list Eighty-Seven & Running as
    community partner, allow for an Eighty-Seven & Running staff member or
    volunteer to attend, distribute Eighty-Seven & Running materials and display
    Eighty-Seven & Running branding.
Eligibility Stipulations:
  • Program Guidelines
    • Programs include, but are not limited to, camp programs, classes,
      mentoring/coaching, resources and on-going support groups.
  • Event Guidelines
    • Event can be support group, meet up (family, children, teen & adults) or educational/speaker event which is not on-going
    • Event attendees must represent the underserved communities

Grant Award Management

  • Grant award will be distributed 15 to 30 days after approvals
  • Grant award ranges from $500 to $5000 maximum per event/service
  • Final Report must be submitted within 45 days after the program or event
    • Criteria:
      • Minimum 15 or more photos from event or service provided to
        Eighty-Seven & Running
      • Photos should include where Eighty-Seven & Running
        branding is present
      • Provide a list of attendees including their contact information
      • Final accounting of how funds were used by providing copy of
        receipts
      • In 500 words or less describe if the program or event met
        desired outcome as described in grant request
      • Any unexpected funds at the end of the program or event must
        be returned
